Wolff - Parkinson - White Syndrome Associated with Atrial Fibrillation : Report of Two Cases

Abstract

|
This report describes two patients with WolffParkinson White syndrome associated with paroxysmal atrial fibrillation. Both patients had type A electrocardiograms of Rosenbaum, and recovered to sinus rhythm without any complications. One patient had a hypertensive heart disease and the other was a healthy young adult without a organic heart disease. The current literature were reviewed about the mechanism of tachycardia in the Wolff-Parkinson-White syndrome.
